We're celebrating Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month with member stories from across the U.S. In this post, technical source Santosh Balajapalli shares his story. “AAPI heritage month brings up the vastness of Asian culture; we span across so many different countries and languages,” says Santosh, whose family immigrated to the U.S. from India when he was six years old. “You couldn’t cover it all in one week, and I’m thrilled to see these voices be heard.”

    Smooth process, and the interviewers were friendly. Took 3 weeks but only 2 interviews. Very comfortable. I received an offer a couple of days after the second interview. Overall not a bad experience
