I worked at CH Mack full-time (More than a year)
A small company that the individual teams worked well within themselves. Associates within the team I was in worked well together and collaborated with one another to reach the goals set by the manager. The manner for the QA group (Bill Harman) was excellent.
Upper management seemed to be disconnected from the activity of the teams within the organization and the problems faced by the clients.
Advice to Management
Need to focus on more than functionality. The installation tool and procedure were very poor with it taking days to do a since site install. The performance problems need to be addressed so the product can reliably run on a wan topology.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CH Mack (Blue Ash, OH) in April 2012.
Two interviews -- one with the QA Manager and his lead, and the other with the Manager and Architect of the development team. Both were good. Neither asked any behavioral questions.
Done through a recruiter.
