Advice to Management
Make sure people managing projects are skilled Project Managers and not technical staff with little knowledge of proper project management.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CH2M.
Had an initial phone screening before I was flown out for an on-sight interview. Everyone I spoke with was kind and easy to speak with. There were mostly behavioral questions, but also questions on previous experience in the field, but nothing overly technical.
