Continue to provide challenging work, professional opportunity and transparency into the business. These are critical components to the success of CHA's employees.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at CHA.
I applied for the position online and they contacted me for a phone screen after a month. The phone screen was short, about 15 min. Then after a week, I got into the second phone interview with a panel engineers in the department. It lasted about 30 min. Waited about two weeks, I was told that I did not get the job. Overall, the process was well organized.
