    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CHEP (Orlando, FL).

    Interview

My first exposure to CHEP was at my college's career fair. I then was scheduled for an on campus interview the next day. The recruiters were a little dry but nice. The interview was conversational and lasted about 30 minutes. They said I would hear back from them if I was selected to progress to the next round. I was called the next day and told that I had made it to the final interview in Orlando. They flew me (and 15ish others) to Florida, took us bowling in Disney to network with executives. The next day was the interview. It lasted most of the day and involved various individual and group components. It was intense and long but allowed us to really engage with executives and get a feel for the company.
