Sofia works as a recruiter for our RNnetwork travel nursing division. She’s been doing the job for three years now, matching travel nurses with jobs throughout the country. And, as you might expect, she says she’s never seen anything like this before. “This” is the fallout from COVID-19.

Since then, we’ve grown to become one of the largest healthcare staffing companies in the nation, offering physician, nurse, and allied health staffing for temporary and permanent positions in all 50 states, as well as far-flung places like New Zealand, Australia, and Guam. 

Our growing family now includes more than 2,600 employees and eight offices in six states with our headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah. Our people are passionate about what they do and take pride in knowing that their job makes a difference. Just last year, our people placed more than 14,000 healthcare providers who served nearly 27 million patients.

In addition to giving each employee eight hours of paid volunteer time off each year, we also offer our people the opportunity to participate in team volunteer activities, blood drives, and subsidized humanitarian trips.

Just last year, our people gave more than 10,000 hours of service, served on three humanitarian trips, donated 91 pints of blood to save 270 lives, and delivered more than 2,000 meals to seniors through the Meals on Wheels program.

We also host a variety of company activities to raise money for local nonprofit organizations. Our biggest event is our annual Making a Difference Week, where our people have raised millions of dollars for United Way and other local charities.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at CHG Healthcare.


    I was referred by a friend. First contact was with Talent Aquisition and she was a point of contact throughout. I had a tech interview over the phone next. That was fairly simple. Then in person interviews - I had a couple of these. All in all, they were nice and made my feel fairly comfortable. Nothing too technical was asked. They stress culture and personality fit.
