I have been working at CHG Healthcare full-time (Less than a year)
CHG has a great culture, and a majority of the employees are very friendly. They do a good job of teaching and living their core values. The benefits are excellent, and they do a lot of fun activities to make it a fun place to work.
Being a cultural fit is key to getting a job here, and no matter how skilled a person is; if they aren't a cultural fit, they aren't going to get hired.
Advice to Management
Keep living the core values of CHG and follow the path of servant leadership, and the company will continue to be in the top 100.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CHG Healthcare in August 2015.
Be prepared to spend a lot of time ( 2-4 weeks ) shadowing, and being fluffed for a position that in all likelihood, you will not receive. The facade is great, you will meet with managers , recruiters, credentialing, move from office to office, ( 15 miles apart ) be told you are a perfect fit; to turn other positions down, bc you are perfect fit... To only be emailed a week later ; to read: We have gone with someone with more experience. Unless they come from chg, there cannot be more experienced.
