    I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at CI&T (King of Prussia, PA).

    Interview

    The interview process was actually very short and not very comprehensive and then out of no where I got a job offer. It was not very challenging and was a red flag. As it turned out my friend took the job and had no marketing support and their US webpage was so unprofessional it looks like something from the mid 1990's so prospects would not even call her back so after a year she left. Their US sales force is a revolving door.

    • I was asked what I thought my quota should be which in all my years I have never had anyone ask. They are suppose to give that to you but my gut is they have no compensation consultant.   1 Answer

    Reasons for Declining

    Pay and benefits were very bad and I was just not impressed with the interview process and methodology
