The level of work the company is looking for you to do is crazy first the type of work and the volume of work you will receive in a day. Pay is too low they need to rebook at the pay scale in vacation time. It is no loyalty for employees that have worked over 2 years with the company. There's no increase in vacation time after three years working with the company. Your vacation time and sick time is all in one. It is had to get a day off. You will receive 2 days of work but you are expected to finish it in one day. It is one step up from a sweatshop they way you are treated.
Advice to Management
Look overy your pay scale. The vacation time should increase after 5 years with the company. Please look over the type of work that we are doing and the amount of time that we have.so that employees can give great customer service. We also should receive some kind of token for the end of the year. You share with the employee thato the company made a great prophet but you don't share with your employees. The increase on an employee year review the max raise is 1% of your pay. Stop buying all these different companies up and take time to care about the front line employees. Check to see if something need to change to make your employees enjoy working and not to be so stressed out. So your turnover won't be so high.
