Great benefit. Family oriented culture - great if you have kids. People are mostly friendly and you rarely hear shouting or getting into stressful situation at work.
The pace is slow and not too innovative in term of problem solving. There is not a lot of opportunities or new things to learn within the company. A lot of great talents were wasted because the company is too conservative.
Advice to Management
It is time for a change. Health care technologies is changing rapidly and at this rate the company will fall behind in a few years.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CIHI (Washington, DC) in December 2011.
This interview was traditional. At the end, there was something new. The Interviewer asked me to craft a sample letter to the residents and create a simple spreadsheet. I was pleasantly surprised.
