CIM recruits graduate students from top universities across North America for both full-time Associate Vice President and as well as summer Associate Vice President internships. CIM also recruits from a pool of candidates who have completed Investment Banking programs for Associate positions. The majority of these full-time recruits join our Investments Department, working on underwriting and evaluating investment opportunities. Additionally, our on-campus recruiting program may include positions for our Development Department. A lot of autonomy at senior levels assuming you earn trust of principals, although this may vary by department

Don't let go of that entrepreneurial spirit as the company grows and evolves. Reward and recognize strong employees, especially those who demonstrate loyalty, to limit turnover during a hot job market
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CIM Group (Los Angeles, CA) in January 2017.
I applied online late in the evening. The following morning I received an email with a request for my availability for a phone interview. Basic interview questions. The interviewer was polite, personable and very professional.
