    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at CLICO (Port of Spain (Trinidad and Tobago)) in January 2008.

    Interview

3 phases- personality test taken on arrival, then 1:1 interviews with Junior staff, then group interview by HR Manager and Direct Manager and then an offer pending positive results of background check. At this level you are not required to do a skills test.

    Interview Questions

    • Describe a failure and what did you do to make things right?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

Definitely room to negotiate but they definitely have a ceiling. The Functional Manager is the one with the final decision
