    It will be a two stage interview, first with the Animation Director then with the COO, with the Animation Director you will go through your portfolio then about you pass history and the usual question, later you will be ask to do a test on whatever role you applied for, if it for the animation department then a simple pencil test.

    After that on a separate day you will meet with the COO on briefly on the salary and benefits package and some basic interview questions, the COO is here to control the terms of the agreement and not evaluate you skill.
