Interview
The interview process consisted of 4 interviews varying from 30-60 mins each and a case study. I interviewed with 5 separate people including the CEO. The interviews were challenging, yet fun and gave me a good sense of what it would be like to work with these people. The role I interviewed for is a new role to the company so a lot of the team members weren't entirely sure what the role would entail, but they could give me a great sense of how working with them would feel. Interviewing with CEO was really cool. Allen obviously cares a great deal for his employees and this company and appears to give equal opportunity to all employees regardless of gender, race, etc. The case study was the final step and felt overwhelming after 4 interviews, but gave me a good idea of work I'd actually be doing, so I can appreciate it. Overall the process took about a month to complete, but I was in no rush and had Cope as my top contender.InterviewWhat do you do when you don't know the answer to something?
