Cora physical therapy

I joined Cora Physical Therapy in 2019 and was immediately impressed with the company. For a bigger company, it still has a "small company feel" and they listen to their employees' suggestions and needs. Growth in the company is definitely attainable at all levels, and continuing education is a huge priority. I am proud each and every day to provide care to my patients under the Cora name!

The company does not shy away from investing in its employees to allow for growth both personally and professionally. From countless CEUs, a growing residency program, and many other benefits, the sky is the limit and growth is encouraged.

The caseload can become busy, which requires efficiency and collaboration between practitioners, but allows for exposure to a wide variety of pathologies/presentations.

5 interviews prior to hire. One in person, four phone. Very lengthy process to hire. Took about 2 months. Paperwork wasn’t bad for onboarding. Could be more streamlined process. Application was easy though.
