InterviewCORE has a lot of very nice people and were very welcoming. I expressed my target salary that was the same and what I made previously and there was no push back at all. It sounded as if it was a done deal at this point. I later received an offer after 3 interviews that was 17k less than I expected and they offered me a demotion as if that was a good thing. It seems as though CORE wants young engineers that never fight for a competitive salary. I urge every young engineer to fight for what they deserve since companies try to nickel and dime you through your entire career.
