Wondering if anyone knows the Salary bands for an IT consultant for BCG Platinion, and how that differs from BCG Core consultants in terms of pay difference (i.e is BCG Platinion ~10% less in its entry level pay grade)? Could you please provide the pay range in terms USD, thanks.

Pros

CORE provides people the trust and autonomy to do their jobs. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, like finding creative solutions to problems, aren't afraid to take risks, and view failure as a

Cons

More than cons, I would say that CORE certainly has its share of challenges - like every company. Of course, recruiting is challenging in the midst of a competitive marketplace for top talent.

A huge component of our work at CORE requires problem solving and teamwork. I applied through an employee referral I interviewed at CORE Consultants (Denver, CO)

    Interview

CORE has a lot of very nice people and were very welcoming. I expressed my target salary that was the same and what I made previously and there was no push back at all. It sounded as if it was a done deal at this point. I later received an offer after 3 interviews that was 17k less than I expected and they offered me a demotion as if that was a good thing. It seems as though CORE wants young engineers that never fight for a competitive salary. I urge every young engineer to fight for what they deserve since companies try to nickel and dime you through your entire career.
    Interview

A bunch of typical interview questions that have nothing to do with engineering. It seemed like a Google search for interview questions.
