Most employees are smart, hard-working, and easy to work with. They want the company to success by creating quality products for students.
Management team made wildly unrealistic promises to clients, who where understandably angry when those promises failed to materialize. Internal processes were disorganized and frequently failed to include key stakeholders, resulting in product development that missed the mark by inexcusable amounts. End result - internal staff is annoyed and disappointed with each other, and clients are super angry with the company.
Advice to Management
Make reasonable promises to clients, then keep them at all costs. Implement internal strategies and processes that will uphold the mission and vision of the company.
