I have been working at COTG full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

COTG really cares about their employees. I have been working here for just under a year now and I cannot imagine being anywhere else. Not only does COTG look to their employee's opinions, they have very open communication throughout the organization, and really care about how the workers feel working every day. Morale is extremely high, especially due in part to the Employee Committee. This group of dedicated individuals strive to create fun and engaging events for the entire company to boost morale, interact with other departments and overall just have a good time at work. On top of that, the committee, and COTG by association, raise money every year to donate to amazing programs such as "Operation Christmas."

    Cons

The only downside for me, personally, is my long commute every morning. I travel from the south suburbs of Chicago and it's about 45 minutes to an hour each way. However, that being said, being able to get past the long commute should show how much working for COTG makes up for that.

    Advice to Management

Keep true to the culture and ideals that you have already set. No matter the changes that may come from a higher power.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at COTG (Bolingbrook, IL) in April 2016.

    Interview

A two-stage interview process with one of the executives. Not terribly difficult questioning but they do weigh each question heavily. I paused on where I see myself in 5 years but they were ok with that. Overall not too bad
