I have been working at CP&Y full-time (More than 3 years)
This company has a wonderful company culture, an approachable management all the way to the top, there are great projects to work on, and the benefits are great.
Long hours are expected and there is not a standardized over-time pay.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at CP&Y.
Met at university career fair. Contacted via phone for interview. Interview conducted in office. Very in depth questions. Began with conversation then office tour and employee introductions. Office seemed very quiet. People kept to their cubicles and did not talk to one another.
