I worked at CPA full-time (Less than a year)
Management was easy to get along with. They would give out snacks on Friday which was a good perk in my opinion.
Not a whole lot of room to move up and the pay was less than 30k which I feel needed to improve. The medical benefits were pretty expensive.
Advice to Management
Increase pay to keep employees around and larger bonuses for collectors doing well.
I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CPA (Vancouver, BC (Canada)) in May 2015.
HR briefed me on the job description and asked how I am a good fit for the role, the process only took less than 10 minutes.They asked me if I had any questions. I explained my preference on the location. After one I wrote back to ask if I had been selected.After two days later, I got the offer.
