I worked at CPM Braxis full-time (More than a year)
A company with a large customer, but failed to maintain leverage growth.
The former CEO did not understand the business. He thought that a software company functioned as a bank where you apply money in a day and earns interest on the other. Also was a great illusionist handler, and used his contacts with bankers to get loans, make up the old CPM and sell it in the future. The company became CAP Gemini and this then published an audit report showing the actual situation of the company CPM Braxis in 2010.
Advice to Management
Professionalization and technological upgrading.
I applied in-person. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at CPM Braxis (São Paulo, São Paulo (Brazil)) in June 2010.
Simple interview, just talking about the project and background experience. Some technical questions (easy), HR interview and future customer interview also.
