    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at CPP Wind Engineering (San Francisco, CA) in February 2015.

    Interview

I applied online and a few days later I received the phone screen invite from HR. This supposed to be the first screening step. Next step (if chosen) will be an interview with the Hiring Manager.

    Interview Questions

    • Average questions like: talk about your latest projects, your biggest challenges, how do you act in certain situations, describe your work approach. The phone screen took about 40 minutes and I talked with a very nice and patient HR manager who made me feel very comfortable during the talk. At the end she complimented me so I ended the call with a good feeling. Will see whats next...   1 Answer
