Good benefits; nice amount of PTO; awesome 401k; other perks like wearing jeans; company functions; we have a committee that plans fun things for all the U.S. offices; really awesome people to work with and a lot of tenured staff who are great resources. We also have some great reward/recognition programs in place, training for management and staff ; lunches and breakfast brought in (every month or so) YOU create your career path here and just like any company you need to work hard to get there it doesn't happen overnight.
There are some negative people in the company (just like any company) but, NO company is perfect. If there is one...let me know :)
Advice to Management
Continue to TALK to your employees and build a relationship with them.....that way they feel comfortable going to you (it starts with management)...... isn't that what "open door policy" means? A little recognition goes a long way....continue to be the leaders! We do have some great managers though :)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CRIF Lending Solutions.
I submitted my resume online and was contacted by a recruiter. They brought me in, and asked me a few technical and behavioral questions and made me an offer a few days later.
Didn't negotiate, I listed my salary requirements beforehand.
