Company was going through several years of transition and did not have a strong clear competitive difference in the marketplace.
Advice to Management
Provide a clear strategy, stay the course, and provide the training to the talent so that the strategy comes to fruition.
I applied online. I interviewed at CROSSMARK.
1 with screen-er other with Supervisor. I had worked for the company previously so pretty easy to answer questions.Only took few days. Took 2 weeks to do all the training online but you did get paid for it.
