Accomplishment recognized due to small size, with full team engagement on moment’s notice.
Lack broad market awareness and strongly in need of acquisition of Premium Accounts to gain adoption by industry overall and revenues/cash flow.
Advice to Management
Gain endorsement of Premium clients and case studies to drive awareness, adoption and market credibility. Integrated partnerships with select industry support players (DMP, Networks, Pubs).
I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at CROWD SCIENCE (San Jose, CA).
Telephone call with CEO, followed by flight to office to meet Board of Directors and Senior Exec Team. Low offer, had to negotiate for better comp and higher bonus structure and options.
CEO negotiated. Inflexible on comp, but increased options as well as leveraged, goal oriented quarterly bonus. CEO did not know Digital Ad industry and key players/companies. No plan for multi-platform extensions/solutions.
