We call ourselves, “A community that works” for a reason. When employee Linda Simmons made a quilt for her uncle, a Vietnam Veteran, her Pastor asked if she could make 75 more quilts - one for every Veteran in her congregation by November 5th. Through our Volunteer program, Linda enlisted the help of employees to form her own sewing army. Working 7 days a week on the project, often ‘til the early hours of the morning, Linda and the team were able to finish all of them. She will be delivering them this Sunday to the veterans. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQuY0—11 days ago

Everyone was super friendly, supportive, and caring. Employees are all very knowledgeable of their work.
I would have liked a more structured internship program, but it is in its beginning stages of being developed. Overall, I think they are doing a great job.
I applied online. I interviewed at CSAA Insurance Group (Colorado Springs, CO) in August 2017.
Started with a typing test, needing to score minimum of 30 WPM. If you failed, you were done. Was then interviewed by two supervisors, standard behavioral interviewing techniques and questions. Finally interviewed by a next level supervisor who did her best to discourage you from taking the job. All 3 interviewers stressed the high level of stress involved ("we expect you do to 10 hours work in 8 hours.") Interview obviously designed to weed out those not serious about pursuing a career as a claims adjuster. Did very little to "sell the company" to want to make you want to work there.
