Career Development Architecture: CSC has an established career development framework with one clear, consistent and global approach. Our Career Development Resource Center incorporates with the necessary resources, frameworks and functionality needed to integrate all aspects of career management. Employees take an active role in their own career development and build a partnership with management who will encourage employees to pursue their goals and career journey.

I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at CSC (Norwich, CT).
For Level 1 Help Desk positions the interview was very easy at the time. I believe it is more so now that some of the previous requirements may have been removed.
