I worked at CSI Leasing part-time (More than 5 years)
CSI Leasing is a great place to be if you are looking to balance work and family life. Everybody is so nice. The head of HR department is very understanding and supportive. I started off as a full time employee and became part time after several years to pursue other interests. I left the company so I could travel more often and devote my time fully to my travel business.
Salary is lower than some other companies out there.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work to encourage employees to stay healthy and to balance work & family life!
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CSI Leasing (Saint Louis, MO) in September 2017.
The recruiter contacted me and set up the interview date. I have confirmed my pay rate before I accepted the interview. I talked to 2 managers from accounting department. They both nice and questions are pretty easy. A few hours later I got the job offer. I got another call in a following day to confirm my pay rate and set up my start date. About 3 days before my first date, they called to cancel my employment. Reason being the accounting department is upsetting about my pay rate and they are getting under average salary.
