Aside from fun team events and sports teams, we provide you with free snacks, sodas, coffee, and tea to keep you going throughout the day along with games in every break room when you need to take your mind off work for a few minutes.

Part of our mission is to give back to our local communities. We give every full time employee 40 hours per year to use towards local community service. CTS organizes events related to local STEM initiatives, but you can also serve other organizations that are particularly meaningful to you without having to use your vacation time!

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Charlotte, NC

    Positive Experience
    Difficult Interview

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CTS (Computer Technology Solutions) (Charlotte, NC) in February 2017.

Three interviews. The first interview was on the phone with HR to see if I was interested. The second interview was on the phone with a developer. This interview was a technical interview. The third interview was in-person and involved more hands-on technical questions. I was asked to write on the white board. Both Java-based and C questions. I don't know C though, so I struggled with those questions. Make sure you know data structures for the technical interviews.

    Interview Questions

    • What is the difference between interfaces and abstract classes?   Answer Question
    • White board question: Code to check if a word is a palindrome.   Answer Question
