There are really no reason(s) why anyone in their right frame of mind would want to work for Caarma. Maybe I was in a different world and got carried away with all the promises made by the senior management that I believed and joined.
I wish I was given an infinite amount of room to document the "Cons". Here are a few:
1. Not paying as promised in the contract.
2. Using people as throw-away commodities with no-career growth.
3. Using profanities.
4. Lacking adequate staff to support basic HR and Finance operations.
5. Senior Executive getting drunk in meetings.
Advice to Management
Read all the cons that are posted and begin treating the consultants that work for you as partners that will help you succeed
