    I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cadence (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2021


    Behavioral video interview, then a case study with a few behavioral questions, and then a chat with the CEO Matt if cleared. The recruiters are very informative and reassuring throughout the process, they make sure you are well prepared and informed of what you will be doing as an intern and interview you over that.

Taking a look back at Cadence's first-ever Open House, hosted by our LA office at Second Home! We welcomed seven great candidates from USC and UCLA to come take a look at our office, and loved speaking with our potential Caddies. A rundown of what went on during our Open House: - a catered lunch of Mexican & Mediterranean food - a chat with our current LA Associates: how we got here, what we studied, how we like Cadence, how we operate - a talk from our CEO Matt Conger about the Associate role and what to expect - an AMA with Matt for all questions about the role and the company to be answered--nothing off-limits! Please congratulate our new two newest managers! Brandon Towers is in our LA office and Jeslyn Low is in our Singapore office. Both of them excelled tremendously since joining as an Associate and they will now be helping the next generation of talent at Cadence. For some reason, though, during their first week after being promoted, they both called in sick for a few days...
