Mission: To serve the tech industry with the best marketing and readiness services and staff available.
I have worked for Cadence Preferred going on a year and a half, and have found the company management to be open and honest, and as agile an organization as I have ever worked with. They give their employees autonomy and ownership over their projects, look to and reward employees for bringing in new business, and do not micro-manage their staff.
Their is a high degree of integrity within the ownership, and I appreciate the opportunities that have been presented to me as a result of coming to Cadence Preferred. I have also seen management, on multiple occasions, go above and beyond to provide employees with needed benefits and support in transitioning to new roles or opportunities.
Cadence Preferred does a lot of work with Microsoft, which is a very positive thing. I am hopeful they will continue their work in branching out to provide consulting and staffing for other companies in the greater Seattle area.
Advice to Management
Continue to be open and honest in dealings with your employees. Look to employees even more in soliciting work, and in screening new hires onboarding to new roles.
It's a new year and in the past we've focused 99.9% on our clients and their marketing needs. This year we're limiting ourselves to 99.8% which frees us time to launch our new website which we did this week! Check it out. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQnaz
