I worked at Caesarstone full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I enjoyed working there because it was a fun, positive work environment with lots of opportunities to build your skillset and utilize your HR knowledge and capabilities.

    Cons

Stretch goals and intense timeframes and deadlines for recruitment, not a lot of opportunity to grow position wise just skill wise. Not a lot of work/life balance.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Caesarstone.

    Interview

Found the position online, then was contacted by HR. After a week or more, contacted again for a live interview. After another two weekst, another phone call with the VP of HR.

    Interview Questions

    • No difficult questions, but some of the last phone interview was very 'canned', 'scripted'- I felt like she was doing other things while asking me questions. Long pauses, it was unprofessional   Answer Question
