    Pros

You will meet a lot of cool people and you'll learn so much from this company. It's a good first/second job.

    Cons

It is a lot of hard work because this place gets smashed. Be prepared to work in a very fast pace.

    Advice to Management

Just treat your employers better and you just might get better work out of it. Train the new employers better.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Cafe Rio Mexican Grill in August 2017.

    Interview

The application process was easy enough. I just sent my resume and was contacted via e-mail by someone in the corporate office.

Unfortunately, the lady who conducted the phone interview was very rude, had a bad attitude was overall unpleasant. As a professional corporate recruiter, I was a amazed that only after 15 minutes on the phone with this person, I could't wait for our conversation to end!
Even if I were to receive an offer, I would decline it. No room for growth - even at the corporate level.
