I applied online. I interviewed at CafeMedia (United Kingdom) in May 2021

Was contacted by Talent Acquisition Specialist about a week after I applied:

*Had a screening with her. Was moved on to next round interviews with Marketing department.

*During Marketing interview that went well, was told that most people don't make it through the writing/communications exercises that would follow.

*Completed three exercises including writing a piece and answering in length how I would market certain scenarios.

*Received quick feedback that my exercises were "most enjoyed" of all but they asked if I could pretend to be a team member and make a couple of minor requested revisions. I was happy to do so to prove myself. Things were looking great...

    * I was told "great job!" in response to my revisions and was then invited to a 2nd round interview with the Senior VP of Publisher Experience and Chief Strategy Officer.

*One week later, I was given an update that a final decision would be made the following week.

*One week later, I was informed via email by Talent Acquisition Specialist that they went with someone else.

What would you do if we gave you $5,000 right now? What type of people do you like to work with? What are your thoughts on the third-party cookie ban?
