    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cal-Maine Foods (Rossburg, OH).

    Interview

Very easy, low key interview with tour of the facilities with the General Manager. I was offered a position on the spot and given a rundown of the benefits package prior to signing on. Was instructed to take the information home, think about it and call with questions and/or acceptance of offer.
