    Pros

    Good culture, great people, work/life balance. iOT leader who is vertically integrated. Lots of opportunity for growth.

    Cons

    Multiple sites. Lots of work to do so the expectations are high.

    Advice to Management

    Stay focused. End of life old products to focus resources on the new. CEO town hall meetings.
