    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took a week. I interviewed at Calance in June 2016.

    Interview

Recruiter emailed regarding opportunity, handed me over to an account manager, scheduled phone interview with an immediate/reporting manager (who ended up not working on the same project any way) then an in-person interview with Managers and peers who also did not work on the same project the requirement was for.

    Interview Questions

    • In a fight between a ninja and a pirate, which would win and why?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

No. contracting firm made the hourly rate clear and also that this was a contract-to-hire position, I learned neither of which were true once I started.
