Mission: Calendly takes the work out of connecting so that you can accomplish more.
I have been working at Calendly full-time (Less than a year)
Growing fast with a lot of opportunity for the company and employees.
Great company performance and people development with a strong (and visible) commitment at every level to getting even better.
Such smart and talented people - the company attracts and invests in great people
The expectation is that people really want to work here and that can make the hiring process extensive.
I applied online. I interviewed at Calendly.
I originally applied for one position at Calendly and was really excited about the opportunity, especially after the phone interview seemed to go so well. I was deisappointed when I didn't hear anything back, despite reaching out for an update. A month or so passed, and the HR coordinator reached out to me out of the blue to say the position had been filled but that she thought I'd "be perfect for the position" (her word verbatim). I tried not to get my hopes up but had another wonderful phone interview and was once again excited about the company. After following up with the team several times, I secured a sample project, which I worked very hard on and turned in promptly. That was over a month ago. I've followed up about once a week but haven't received a response since mid-April. I even asked what I could do better to improve my chances to make the cut in the future since I'm very interested in the company, but I received no response. While I'm very disappointed in the end result of the interview process, I do have the upmost respect for Calendly. It was very apparent in my conversations with the three employees I spoke to (across two different interviews) that they're all passionate about the company.
