Opportunities to work independently and some very good attorneys that are great to work with. Nice mix of clients that lets you work on a variety of subject matter.
The pay and bonus are sub-par to be kind. No benefit to billing over the minimum required because raises were paltry even for the highest performers and the top of the bonus scale was ridiculously low also. Some of the practice group leaders couldn't lead a Girl Scout troop.
Advice to Management
Reward your high performers so that they don't all leave.
