Communication is poor. Workplace management is poor. Morale is poor. Attitudes at all levels are poor. Work-life balance is poor. Room to grow is nonexistant. There is a definite clique of people to watch out for. There is nowhere to go to report issues or concerns without tattling. Many staff, support and non, are inflexible and whisper behind your back.

Look for those who block opportunity for growth and weed them out. The firm is stale and the work seems sub-par. Shake out the curtains. Bring in new blood. Implement a 6-month review policy for ALL employees.
