Good customer service, nice people, easy to move up, good starting wage for hourly employees, overtime opportunity, some incentives, discount on work.
Long hours, hourly wage decreases as hours increase for management, too much work expected for one person, long commute, money spent on amenities and not employment.
Advice to Management
Hire enough people to get the work done. Turn over would not be so great if the people in charge didn't feel like they were spending all their time at work and still getting yelled at for not getting stuff done.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Caliber Holdings (Colorado Springs, CO) in July 2014.
Met with the Shop Foreman on multiple occasions before finally getting the okay for the job. It took two weeks or better to get the gig. I was persistent and that helped me alot.
