    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at California Air Resources Board.

    Interview

45 minute oral interview with mid-level employee, my prospective supervisor, and his supervisor. They asked several questions regarding my background and experience, and how I would describe myself and how others would describe me, and if I had applied anywhere else. They also posed some hypothetical scenarios like what I would do if supervisor is out of office and I needed him.
