Pros
I have been on extended medical leave, and my bosses and HR are checking with me every step of the way to assure that I have the right resources.Cons
Honestly, I can not think of one.I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at California Casualty (United States)
Interview
The interview process went well up until the interview with management. The regional manager was unprofessional. I did not receive an offer but I would not have accepted regardless. What they were looking for in a candidate vs their pay range was unacceptable and many of their practices were outdated. The position as the management described it was high expectations with low pay with inadequate tools. If you are looking to get your foot in the door in insurance right out of school it may be an adequate starter job but don't stay there long.Q: What's your favorite Xactimate code? Not what I said but the real answer: I don't have a favorite. Do you have any adult questions you like to ask me?
