Flexible schedule, working with people, creative, great brand
No base salary (commission only), some franchises invest in their designers providing computer, iPad, gas and cell phone reimbursed as well as paid training. Some do not which leaves employees feeling stretched thin, this is counterproductive while generating new business.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at California Closets (Huntington Beach, CA) in July 2015.
An interview with the Human Resources manager and the engineer in charge. The engineer seemed a little distracted as he kept referring to his cell phone but he seemed to be participating in the interview well enough. After the interview was over the Human Resources manager told me I had done well. A week or so later the Human Resources manager called me to tell me that the position was no longer going to be filled as they were re-structuring.
