This a fast paced troubleshoot position, utilizing a ticketing system to create work orders for clients. The analyst must be multifaceted in software, hardware, networking, and security concepts. Along with active directory and SharePoint experience
The analyst must take calls for requests.
Advice to Management
Hire individuals willing to go the extra mile for the team and customers. It is important to have a candidate that is knowledgeable as well as duty minded.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at California Department of Health Services (Sacramento, CA) in March 2017.
Applied online. I received an email 3 weeks after final filing date to interview for the position. I was given 10 minutes to review the questions they would ask me, had a panel of 3 people asking the questions, then had 10 minutes to type an essay on the qualities of an Office Technician.
