I think the management is pretty understanding. They care about the business and are usually willing to listen and sometimes make changes based on employee suggestions. They really value employees who have work there a long time as well.
Management can be harsh about ensuring you follow rules and procedures to the letter unless you receive an exemption. They don't tolerate people changing up the procedures. They can be pretty strict with attendance as well.
Advice to Management
I think sometimes the strictness on the rules carries over to customers. I'd like to see stuff lighten up a little.
