    Advice to Management

    -> Keep not just the company culture, but also the leadership and the mentorship provided to all employees in mind when scaling and growing the company/product. It's a huge part of why Call-Em-All is so successful
    -> Over time it may get harder to be as transparent as you'll are right now with employees, try to push yourselves to keep it that way
    -> Don't be afraid of limiting the risks you take within the company just to teams and internal projects. Our product is the best out there in this space and to continue leading the way we are right now, we'll have to take some calculated risks in developing and structuring our product for the future
