I worked at Callaway Gardens as an intern (Less than a year)
Everyone is so friendly, all the interns live together so you get very close, I learned a lot in the horticulture area, and there is so much to do on site in the gardens.
The pay isn't very good and you are in the absolute middle of nowhere. But there are about 3 restaurants and they are pretty good.
Advice to Management

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Callaway Gardens (Pine Mountain, GA) in October 2016.
Went to a job fair and was offered supervisor position based off resume alone. Asked common interview questions. Attire wasnt a big deal. Offered the job at the job fair but didnt recieve phone call to come to human resources for another two weeks. Then it took another two weeks to start work.
