The CallidusCloud Mission
CallidusCloud’s mission is to revolutionize business processes and align key parts of the business to revenue through software that delivers increased productivity, greater customer engagement and top-line results.
Sales and marketing have similar objectives – but for too long, technology has contributed to blind spots in the journey of a lead from generation to the close (or loss) of a deal. Those blind spots, in turn fuel the antagonism between sales and marketing. In an era where the two need to work closer together than ever, technology is driving them further apart.
This is a problem that CallidusCloud addresses. First, we provide tools to automate key parts of the marketing and selling process – marketing automation, configure price quote (CPQ), territory and quota (T&Q), sales enablement, sales coaching, learning management, commissions, customer experience and incentives. Each product can be used as a stand-along application or as part of a suite. Then, we ensure tight integration between each product in the Lead to Money Suite – when used in conjunction, their impact is magnified, and can have a revolutionary impact on a business’s sales productivity.

CallidusCloud is a place where you can reap the benefits of your effort and engagement. There is not shortage of opportunity at the company as it continues to grow and more exciting acquisitions are made. What makes it so rewarding is that you get out of it what you put into it, the same can not be said for many companies - I don't think everyone realizes this. The leadership team are approachable and have done a great job I think - In the few years Ive been here, the company has continued to grow, teams have got bigger and the results have got better. The ESPP is a great benefit.
There is not much handholding on offer here. There is a great opportunity to learn and advance your career, but you will need to be proactive and drive it.
There is lots going on at CallidusCloud and in some cases, there are not enough resources to achieve everything you want to. So be prepared to run hard and prioritize - if you can then you will be fine.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing, it is working. Keep going with the quarterly all hands, they are fun and informative.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at CallidusCloud.
Three phone interviews then three onsite interviews where there were a few of us and we waited together until our next interview. We weren't all applying for the same job though. I then waited for long enough to hear from them that I was sure I didn't get the job, but then was offered a position 2 weeks before they wanted me to start.
