I was reached out by a recruiter, the process took 2 weeks to hear back from the HR for an interview. The interview was through Teams with 1 principal. The interview was very casual, asking about my past experiences, and salary expectations. However, the salary they could offer is way below the market rate right now, and the principal tries to convince me that low rate is the matching the current market, which is not true.
