    I worked at Calvin Klein full-time

    Pros

    Talented team. Plenty of opportunity to learn and expand your skills. Lots of training opportunities and great benefits package.

    Cons

    Hours are consistently long and management does little to help relieve the pressure. Lots of bureaucracy to deal with on a day to day basis. Feedback is encouraged, but actual change is quite slow.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on finding ways to streamline the work process. Too much time is spent on outdated work methodologies.

    I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Calvin Klein (Tulalip, WA).

    The manager took me to the food court to ask me about my school schedule and work experience. It was very casual and they called me back the day I turned in the application and resume. You must go into the store to pick up an application and go back to turn it in.
